Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the www.alternative-prague.com website operated by Alternative Prague Tours

 

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our services.

 

TICKETS AND PRICES

Prices

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise. The prices appearing on the website are the current rates and can change without prior notice. Once a Customer has booked a tour with Alternative Prague Tours, the Customer will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase and Alternative Prague Tours will not refund the balance of any price reduction. All prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

 

Availability

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

 

Ticket Validity

Customers must bring their valid ticket (received confirmation email) to the tour. The tour guide will have a list of people who are expected, but your ticket will be required to confirm payment, and also necessary in the event of last minute bookings and/or booking error. You can not use your ticket for a different day than the one to which you have subscribed.

You don't need to print out the ticket/voucher, you can just present it on a smartphone or tablet if you like.

 

Important

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

 

Cancellations by Customers

It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings, unless Alternative Prague Tours receives notification 48 hours in advance, in writing, to info@alternative-prague.com.

As a rule, we refund all deposits if you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved experience, minus the transaction costs. We are sorry but we keep the deposit if you cancel later to cover the associated costs.

* Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable

 

Cancellations by Alternative Prague Tours

In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled we will offer an alternative tour date or refund.

 

Refunds and money back guarantee

If you are not happy with the tour and would like to request a refund, please state your reasons clearly in an email to info@alternative-prague.com. This does not include Customers who failed to turn up for their tour at the designated time.

 

SAFETY

 

Accident or Loss

Please take care of all personal property. Alternative Prague Tours will not be liable for any theft, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by Alternative Prague Tours, in which case our liability is limited for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.

 

Personal Safety

Each Customer is responsible for maintaining their safety at all times. By agreeing to take part on the tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the Guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst walking.

 

Customer Conduct & Safety

Alternative Prague Tours may, at our discretion, require any person to be excluded from a tour if Alternative Prague Tours deems his or her conduct to be offensive or a nuisance to other Customers or the Tour guide himself. Alternative Prague Tours also reserves the right to refuse access to participate on a particular tour should circumstances be deemed to compromise tour safety.I acknowledge that participation in Prague Alternative Tours and Experiences is based upon my execution of this Liability Waiver. As a participant of the tour and any other experiences organized by Alternative Prague that involves consumption of alcohol, you affirm that you are over the legal drinking age of 18. I hereby release and discharge forever Alternative Prague from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in the game/experience. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family, and all minors attending with me, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my attention to fully assume all the risks associated with this trip and release Alternative Prague from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent of the law. I agree to grant Alternative Prague a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up license to use any photographic, video, or digital likeness taken during the experience solely for their promotional and/or commercial purposes.
